This peaceful oasis overlooks lake, sea, rolling pasture & native bush, close to all the spectacular sights Tasman has to offer. Take a coastal walk starting 3 doors down; beach and wineries 5min, Mapua 7min, venture on to explore Tasman, or simply, wander up the hill & sit under the oaks.

The four bedroom home can be divided into two wings. The end wing is lockable from the main house, and contains 2 bedrooms (with queen bed in each), a bathroom and kitchenette.

The main home has an additional 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a double, single, and trundle bed that can be pulled into another area if required. The main home also contains an office, playroom and laundry, with a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area that opens out to the front and back of the house. Multiple outdoor dining areas allow you to have breakfast overlooking the lake, afternoon tea while watching the kids play in the playground (trampoline, mud kitchen and large sandpit), or dinner outdoors alongside a spa, while birds flit about on sun soaked hillside.

The indoor/outdoor flow of this home is incredible and with the gentle afternoon sea breeze we rarely need the AC unit, but there is one in each wing of the home for your comfort. Large sliding doors open the house on all sides. The front of the house over looks views of the lake, ocean and rolling pasture. The large trees, seas breeze and birdsong soaks the surroundings in peace and tranquility. A gentle walk across the 1 acre block takes you through vege gardens, a citrus grove, and berry house, down to a creek entering the lake.

The back of the home catches the afternoon glow is home to a lovely hillside, covered in native planting and fruit trees. A winding path leads up to an orchard with large oak trees that overlook the lake, sea and mountains.

Without going anywhere near a car, you can take a 4 km coastal loop track to Hoddys park and back. Cross the main road to find hours of walking and running tracks through the appleby hills rural hills and following the river. The area has so much to offer.
